Payments, Fulfillment & Refunds

One completed purchase adds one numbered light at a base price of US$1. Applicable tax is determined for the order using the required billing information and shown before payment. Do not assume $1 is the final total. Wallet or network fees can be charged separately by the services you use. Changes to billing information require an updated quote.

Follow the current order’s instructions for native USDC on Base, including the destination, quoted total and any payment window. Do not use an address copied from an unrelated order or treat a token with a similar name as the supported asset. A wallet connection or transaction submission alone does not mean an order is paid. Never disclose a seed phrase or private key to WentRogue.

A light is allocated automatically after successful payment confirmation and fulfillment. Keep the order reference, light ID and shareable link. Each repeat purchase needs a new order and a fresh declaration. A pending, held, failed, expired or mismatched payment does not create a completed light. If the status is uncertain, check the existing order and contact hello@wentrogue.ai before sending another transfer.

A payment sent using the wrong network, asset, destination or amount requires investigation. A transfer that WentRogue cannot access may not be recoverable. Sending a second payment while the first is unresolved can create a duplicate rather than fix the first order. Where funds are received but the promised light has not been delivered, we either complete fulfillment or provide the refund or remedy owed. Duplicate and excess receipts are reconciled against the order rather than silently treated as extra purchases.

If you have not sent payment, you can stop before completing the purchase. Once a transfer has been submitted, stopping the web checkout does not reverse the blockchain transaction. Any cancellation or refund then requires an order review.

Consumer rights for digital content or services depend on the applicable law. Immediate delivery does not automatically remove a cancellation or withdrawal right. Where applicable law requires a valid express request, consent, acknowledgement or contract confirmation before immediate supply or the loss of a withdrawal right, we obtain it; a general checkbox accepting these terms is not a universal waiver. Rights concerning non-delivery, defects, misleading descriptions and other mandatory remedies remain. Additional voluntary refund requests are assessed on their circumstances; this policy does not promise automatic approval of every change-of-mind request.

Email hello@wentrogue.ai with the order reference, the relevant transaction reference if available, and a brief explanation. Do not email wallet secrets. A declaration about permission is relevant context, not conclusive proof that a payment was authorized or unauthorized.

A refund is a separate transfer or other agreed lawful payment, not an erasure of the original blockchain transaction. We verify that a return destination is appropriate for the original payment; do not assume an exchange’s sending address can receive a refund. Currency, amount, any lawful fee treatment and the expected next step are explained as part of the resolution. Fees are not deducted where doing so would conflict with the refund required by law.

Blockchain transfers can be irreversible, and network outages, wallet errors, issuer restrictions or changes in USDC’s market value can affect payment or recovery. WentRogue does not guarantee a network’s availability or a particular exchange rate. These technical limits do not by themselves eliminate the seller’s refund or other legal obligations. Availability remains worldwide where the service and payment arrangements lawfully support it.
